tooling problem

Hi Guys

Im having problems with my tools, I can place my tools on corners and circles but cant do this on arcs, it is giving me an error "Internal algorithmic failure in performing this operation". I have attached one of my tools. Can someone please take a look at it for me, I am trying to use it as a centre rout and it is -7mm deep.

Recreate the tool with no diameter and it should be able to turn the corner for you.
