Corbel on cabinet

Could somebody tell me how to get a corbel on a cabinet ?
I have tried just about everything i can think of.

1) I loaded the part in the part editor and could not get the corbel oreintated in the right position

2) I then loaded the objects in the custom layout mode tried to rotate and position the corbel on the cabinet that way didn't work.

I must be missing something and I can't figure it out, sure could use some advise.

Do it in the cabinet editor and use the SHIFT and arrow keys to position after highlighting. Save as an Assembly.
