Drawer box problem in version 5.2 and 5.1

I'm having problem with my drawer, I machine a job, the material is the same for everything so is the setup, 50% dado settings with a 0.025 tolerance but if you look at the drawer tenon thickness in the nest and the dado width, there is almost 1/16" tolerance ?? how come ?

Hi, Dan. I had the same problem in 5.2 and the guys at Thermwood said there is a problem and they are working on a patch. In the mean time I found that if I set my tennon to 49% everything works OK. Hope this helps.

Ok thank you, but my partner is still working on 5.1 and he got the same problem ??

Dan,

I cannot check your job in 5.1 (because it was saved in 5.2), but this issue did exist in 5.1 and 5.2 bld 1. I examined your scenario here and it is the same issue that we have addressed for bld 2.
