Trouble with cabinets moving

I am having trouble placing cabinets in a room I watched the toturial did every thing the same way. The problem I am having is when I bring a cabinet in the room and then go to move it ,the cabinet moves with a shadowing affect and it doesn't want to snap to the back. Yes I did tell it to snap to back, I get the same results even with free style movement.
