problem with blind datos on drawer box

I have been having the blind dato drawer box problem and I read a previous post about version 5.2 having this problem. The previous post states that I can change my thickness % to 42 and they will work. The problem for me is I use 1/2" Baltic Birch for my drawers so less than 50 % thickness is not an option without using a 1/8" bit? Is there any other way around this problem or do I need to make the switch to 5/8 Baltic Birch? (Material Thickness=0.47 and my bit size is .246)

Did you download the latest update? What version are you running?

Hi, Dan. As Justin said I think the latest version of eCabinets fixes this problem. I use 1/2" pre finished apple plywood for my drawer boxes so what I did, befor the fix was in, was to change to 49% and use a 3/16" downspiral for making the mortise cuts. This works great and I am not planning on changing the percentage even though the program is patched.
