PRINTING FROM L.D.E. DRIVING ME NUTS!!

Post by Al dedenus »

If I take a custom layout to the L.D.E. and dimension up plan view and wall views and save the job everytime I go to print ,I can do the first page O.K. but won't print the next page.Get a pop up that says AN INVALID ARGUMENT HAS OCCURED.If I go back to the custom layout and then return to the L.D.E. it prints the second page but not the third so back I go to custom layout then back to the L.D.E. which is a bit if a pain when you have ten or so pages to print.Any ideas guys ????? :wall:

Al,

You might want to try updating your printer drivers. I just tried a job that had five LDE drawings and it prints fine. This tells me that it might be a problem with your computer and not eCabinets. (of course I don't know that for sure) Updating the printer drivers can't hurt anyway (you might set a restore point in case you want to un-install the new printer drivers.)

Post your job and we can see if I can print OK. This might tell if it is something in the job.

Al,

Don't just re-install the printer. Go to the manufacturers web site and look for a download for updated drivers for your model.
