Is there a way to modify the fields used in the label generation to matchup to the excel file format or even better yet a modified excel format. I've started cutting for a customer who comunicates in excel and I would like to provide additional options in what gets generated and printed on the parts labels.
Thanks

Re: excel download label format
Hi Robert,
This customer who communicates in Excel wouldn't be Bill Gates?
Seriously could I have a copy of what he sends you as I'm new to the Thermwood ownership and am looking at ways to get non ecabinet users to place cabinet orders with me.
Someone said that excel was a good way to get the client to do all the hard work and reduce cutting errors.
If anyone else has a system for taking in clients orders I'd love to see your concept
Sorry to take away your string on label field modification. I too would like to modify the layout and even introduce graphics on what the part requires. Is that possible?
Regards
Neville

Re: excel download label format
Neville,
I sent him the "required" format as defined by thermwood for direct download into the controller. If you're not familiar with it you can access it by clicking on the question mark in the controller on the control nesting page. The problem is that the structure is somewhat limiting and the relationship to the labels is fixed and also limited.
