Error SEC1011

Hello, I am having trouble installing ecabinets into my new laptop which has Vista Ultimate. When I enter the registration code this message appears

ecabinets coud not read the Window Product ID in the registry. This must be available for ecabinets to function properly.

I am connected to the internet at the time and have no other programs running.

Uninstall the software and reinstall it. Make sure you follow the guidelines in the Windows Vista install post. This should help you get the software installed. If you get the same message again please contact me.
