Do all the light fixtures throw out light the same way? In other words a can lite should shine straight down , and a ceiling fixture should spred out it"s shine is this the way they work?

Also if you hight light a fixture and right click it will give you the rotate opption but the fixture doesn't rotate. It would be nice if you could rotate lights so you have more controll on the light direction.

Gary,
Yes. They are all OMNI lights. In other words they throw light out in all directions. But using a hood or enclosure will limit or block the spread.

Rotate does not work on lights.
