Hoops Error

Post by JohnLashuay »

I did a search on this hoops error and didn't find the answer I was looking for so here is my situation.

A drawing was created on a different computer that isn't up to specs. Most drawings done on this computer work out just fine. But this last drawing was created, and now I can't open it at all. When I try to open it the "an error occured while loading HOOPS info from the saved file.

Can anyone help me with this?

I can not open this file either. What version of ecabinets are you creating this job in? What version are you trying to open it in? What are the steps you take to save this job? How are you moving the job from one computer to the next?

Justin,

This job was created with v5.2 build 2 and I am trying to open it on the same computer it was created on and also on an additional computer that has v5.2 build 2 as well.

As far as moving it, I open eCabinets and then try to open through our network. I have also tried to use windows explorer through the network and drag and drop the file into my drawings folder.

As far as saving: this job was near completion and then in the process of rendering it, this hoops error came up and the program had to be shut down. Unfortunately the job wasn't saved and so the process began once again. This time it was saved and never taken to be rendered. Now I can't open it.

Thanks,
John
