Does anyone machine aluminum? I am looking to have a couple of parts (taillight bezels, etc) made from billet aluminum for my 1934 Ford pickup streetrod.

I do!

But only when the wrong length cutter is in the wrong tool holder! LOL

I believe parts made in that manner would be a bit too expensive for me. :lol:

Dan, I owe ya, I will try it for you, if not I have a buddy that has a cnc bridgeport mill, not a problem for him, other than the code I guess.Let me know if I can help..
