I have a problem with the program taking 1/4" off of all door and drawer fronts when it generates the cut list. I has only started this with this last job and it makes me wonder if I am doing something wrong. It shows them correctly in the cabinet editor (correct size) but a door that is 22H x15W shows in the cut list as 21 3/4H x 14 3/4W. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

It sounds like you have Edge Banding applied to the doors and drawers?
To fix...
Goto define materials and create some edge banding with a thickness of zero (0")
Go into the door/drawer editor and apply the EB with the thickness of zero to the door/drawer
Set as default
delete and re-apply the doors/drawers
If this is not the case let me know.

Thanks Todd... I have been beating my head against the wall for a week trying to figure this out... i feel really stupid now because it was something so simple... Thanks again
