I think I found an answer to my problem on adding finishing supplies to my bid. Does any body know where you put miscellaneous items at?

If you add a Vendor Item from the Place Items menu, like a Lazy Susan, it will show up on the Cost Sheet under Miscellaneous.

I used to add that kind of stuff as a Fixed Markup in Preferences. That will place the costs in your bid.
