I am currently in the process of looking into purchasing a CS45-510. We are primarily a closet cabinetry company. I am trying to prepare my libraries before before we get the CNC. A lot of questions arise as to how we will transition from our rigid 32mm system to a CNC. I know that 32 mm threads have been on here before so I am not looking to belabor the point.
I see the positive aspects of moving away from having full line bores, but for us there are times we need full line bores.
My question is...does anyone using a Thermwood CNC & eCabinets use the 32mm system rigidly? If so, how?
Thanks in advance for any input!!

Re: 32 mm Question??
John, I use what is effectively a "32mm" system on my CS40 I even have a drill bank with 9spindles at 32mm centres, The point is with the combination of eCabs and the CNC router is that you bore the holes you require, you are not restricted to gang drilling in a standardised method to accommodate possible hardware configurations. Just a little paradigm shift I suppose and you get a more attractive end result without all the surplus holes.

Re: 32 mm Question??
I have a question for those not boring system holes. Has anyone, besides me, gotten a call from a customer a week or so after the install asking if a roll out could be raised an inch or two in a pantry or base cabinet to fit a cereal box? With system holes it's easy. Without system holes it's a pain.

Re: 32 mm Question??
Granted it happens, albeit rarely, but then the appropriate runner jig makes short work of the problem
