Help with front door

I need this front door but it will not render with the grain on it.
No.1is rendered :?:
No.2 was not rendered
When I turn the lights on the door turns gray

George,

Take your model back into the Display Part Editor and right click on all the parts and remove the Environmental Mapping and just use Texture Mapping.

You may have to adjust the texture scale and rotation on each part also.
