SuperControl Software Ver 7.2

I am sure most of you got the email about updating the control software. We are one of the people who would have to update hardware as we are on 5.05.. Obviously we have not yet done it. Has anyone out there done it and what did it do for you? Easily done? Problems? Downtime?

Sorry if this is an old topic but been so busy haven't been on the forum until recently. Also haven't seen an eCabients magazine in along time. Are they still being published??

Back on 7/14/08 I emailed the zip file to support@thermwood.com to get this new software and have not received it yet, is it still in development?
