Why is it nesting like this?

I have a small job going and when I nest the cabinets it seems to add a sheet that it really doesn't need. It could easily fit these two pcs on the previous sheet but adds a new one instead. Am I doing something wrong or should I just ignore this as a bug and just eliminate the sheet? I'm sure you'll need more info, just ask and you shall receive.
