Warm Up Program in summer

Hey How's it going?

We run a warm up program every morning for 15 mins. Just wondering if cos its getting warmer should i still do it for 15 mins or shorten it or not even do it when its summer.

Can you sent me a drum of that warm air? It got down into the 30's last night in Memphis.

Looks like I am going to have to do a warm up program on myself for the next 4 months.

we do. Dont know about others.

But we use the metric system thou! LOL

No problem 25.4mm = 1", after that I am lost.

Its really simple: 1mm = 1mm, 1cm = 1cm, 1m = 1m and 1km = 1km.

That's the reason we could never get metric to work here in the states--everyone still wants to convert metric to imperial.
