Global Settings

Post by Leo Graywacz »

It's been a long time since I've played with them but I have noticed that my adjustable shelf parameter has an error and I can't seem to figure out how to set it globally. My fixed shelves are set up to be the same depth as my cabinets so they are flush to the front. I need my adjustable shelves to be 1/16" less deep so they have room to move. I know how to do this per cabinet, but how do I set it up permanently so every time I use it, it is there. I set it up before with a zero in the front inset box, now I want it to stay at 1/16". How do I do this and have it stick. Thanks

You will have to create a cabinet with 1/16 inset for the shelf in the construction settings in the shelf editor. Then you can save this cabinet and use it as one of your seed cabinets. You will have to use this cabinet to start with for your cabinets or you will have to go in and change that inset each time. If you have any other questions feel free to call.

Which explains why I can't find how to do it. Thanks.
