I bet this is a first

Post by Gary Puckett »

Last night I went to do some work on a drawing when I got a message that said " This version of eCabinets has exspired please call Thermwood for the latest update"

I have V5.1 as my disk and I ran the V5.2 update as soon as it came out. I was having some miner issues about a week ago and was discussing the problem with Thermwood they recomened I put the disk in and run a repair then installed the update.Did that and everthing was ok.

So I went to my computer then c then progam files then Thermwood went to the clients file and it oppened I still got the message that the version had exspired but it oppened.

I have no Idea what the heck is going on. About 2 days ago I freed up over 10 GB on my hard drive.

Can you imagine the panic I was going to get an answer on the drawing Thursday with the big question how much?
and I thought I lost it.

So if anybody can help I would really appreciate the advise ..

Thanks

DO you have the ecabinetsystemsv5-2build-2.exe on your desktop? If you do then shut down eCabinets and run that update file. If it prompts you to remove, remove it . When it is done run the update again, this time it will prompt you to install it. Once this is done open eCabinets, all should be fine.

This was caused by the date and time not set to the correct date. If you set this back to November 6 2008 it will update and work fine.
