I am using ecabinets for our casework and was curious if it was possible to export into Solidworks. We are using solid works for all of our other millwork, but like the speed of doing the cabinets in ecab.

No. Ecabs will not let you save the cabinets as anything other than an .hsf (cabinet file), a .esa (assembly file), or a .job (job file).
