Why does my cabinet say in the cabinet height 53" but when I take it to the LDE it says 48"

Toe kick...you probably unchecked "has toe" but did not set the toe height to 0".

I'm sure it's a wall cabinet and not a base cabinet

You was right it was a base cabinet with a detached toe.
