Loading 5.2.3 Patch

I have downloaded 5.2.3 on to my computer and ran the program, but I still have 5.2,when I load the program It is telling me it will expire in 5 day help I'm runing on Vista and have no problem installing other paches.

Do you run the patch as administrator? Did you download it then run it or did you just run it from the web? You have to save it to your computer then run it as administrator on Vista.
