Which manual?

Which one is the best for a new user, "eCabinets made easy", the printable manual or the new "Nearly complete guide"?

eCabinets Made Easy has been around for quite a while and the Nearly Complete Guide is the same book used in Thermwood's classes.

I have not seen the Nearly Complete Guide but I would say that it covers the same material, albeit in more depth and in a different manner.

Start with eCabinets Made Easy and see if it works for you. Post any questions you have on how to perform certain operations here in the forum. After a short time you should be able to determine whether eCabinets Made Easy is sufficient for you.

I personally feel that if eCabinets Made Easy is not sufficient, one should attend a Thermwood training class. While the Nearly Complete Guide is the same book used in those classes, it does not contain the feedback you would get from the innstructor and other students.

I Dan talk about training class my building program just started class on line.
There first class is this Wed. 2 Hr $100.00. I would like to see if anyone has done one with any other programs I just got there upgrade $500.00 I got 3 traning tapes with I have not had time to look at them. SolidBuildes was very easy to learn they have made it alot easier now.

When I was learning the program, I used the Ecabients made easy. But when the "Nearly Complete" came out I purchase that and found it to be much more useful. It was much clearer. I haven't taken the class yet, but if the "Nearly Complete" book is what they use then I can only imagine how helpful the class would be. If you can't make it to the class, definitely go with the "Nearly Complete."

Thanks for the input, I've printed the eCab Made Easy and am working my way through it. If it looks like this program is what I need I'll order the Almost Complete (attending a class is not an option at this time.) I have been using CW Dsgn but I'm tried of it's limited editing/customizing ability.
