Hey Justin! Transfering files

Justin,
I talked to you on the phone about 6 weeks or so and you helped me transfer my desktop to my laptop and bring them in sync. It worked perfect and I was hoping you might put those steps in order and post them on this forum. I will print them out and file them for future use. I am sure many other people would benefit also.
