Hi all, I want to upgrade our machine Thermwood C40 and i've got a few questions:
a) the super control is 5.05 but i can't tell which build, is there an easy way to find this info, and is there a newer version than 5.05?
b) we are currently running V5.31 and i want to update to the latest V5.47. Do i have to run any previous versions before i install the latest update, or can it just go straight on?

If you have the Thermwood screen open, you can press "Ctrl + V" and this will give you your software version and build. Our software is now in Version 7.2 but I'm not aware of the lastest build number right off hand. If you are thinking about upgrading the software, you will want to speak to Dan Lopez in our Retrofit Dept (1-800-221-3865 ext.319 or dan.lopez@thermwood.com). Control nesting can be updated from V5.31 to V5.47 without having to run any of the installations for the versions in between. The latest version will have all of the updates that the previous versions had. Hope this helps.
