failed to create empty document

I have had this problem before on my Dell M90. It went away but now is back, When I try to start eCabs i get a message "failed to create empty document" and that is as far as we go. I am running the latest version, have run the little registry fixer "be the one" and un-installed and re-installed. Of course this would happen just before a client meeting!!!

As I remember this usually happens when you un-install and try to re-install eCabinets.
Did this just happen on it's own out of the blue or after the un-install?

Like last time it happened out of the blue and it fixed itself for no apparent reason either.(it has not returned this time though.)
