Hey How's it going?
Just would like feed back on the users that are using the colour labels square things or the symbols.
How are you finding them? Are they speeding up the sorting out process yet?

We have tried the symbols. I don't know for sure that it has improved anything though. In concept, it is a great idea but I just do not like the symbols. I would prefer numbers or alphabet letters instead. When I have 20 or more cabinets coming off the machine and we are trying to separate them, there is really no order to do so with the symbols. Do the stars come before the TP's or the Arrows?
We still seem to be going back and forth between 20 different stacks of cabinet parts trying to locate each individual symbols. I have gone back to just using the cabinet number to separate that way I can place them in order and not have to be going back and forth looking for that squiggly cabinet.
Just my 2 cents. like I said, GREAT concept but maybe just needs a different direction on the type of symbol.
