create multible zones on cs45

Post by Will Williamson »

Has anyone developed a do it yourself method of multible zones on a 5' x 10'
I was thinking to create a separate 10' long by 12" wide zone down the back of my table and another 2' x 4' zone across the end next to the tool changer. That way I stay setup for 4 x 8 sheets and the other 2 zone would be used for Rail and style techniques

Hi Will,

there's a way an easy way. Thermwood works with Nemi and they create an aluminum spoil board with metal plugs that allows you to easily isolate different section. And it could be anything that you like.

Check this web site http://www.nemi.com. You can get special vacuum cups for better hold down of the parts you're machining.

We've got it on both our machines. Works great - we even going to use it today to machine some slab doors.
