Problem with ghosts, remnants... whateveryoucallems...
Hi everyone - I have a project that's developed a glitch - some cabinets (and display panels) added in batch like to appear in custom layout and cabinet editor, floating serenely in the middle of everything. Can't get rid of them - any ideas? I'll post an image, let me know if I need to post the job file.
Thanks tons - Jason

Sounds like a bug.
If you remove your batch items do they go away? If so, when you add them back to the batch do they reappear in Custom Layout. If they do not reappear after adding to the batch try going Render View and bring up Show/Hide and hit ok, do they reappear?

Hey Rick - yah, looks like a bug. I deleted the batch cabs, then readded them. They disappeared from custom layout, even after doing the show/hide thing. Then I shut down and restarted eCabs - bingo, there they are.
Doesn't really seem to be affecting anything that I can tell, though I suspect it's bogging down the (already really slow) software.
Thanks - Jason

When you load the job and get the ghost images, can you go to show/hide and hit ok, will it fix it for you? If so, it will at least get you by to do renders, until we can get it fixed.
Can you please send your job to cabinets@thermwood.com so we can put it in with the issue?
Thanks

Thanks Rick, but no luck - show/hide doesn't do it, the image sticks around. Luckily I already did the rendering before adding the batch cabs.
I'll email the file. Thanks for your help.

Is this a bug in the new update or something that has existed?
