I need to cut some corners on this job and I was hoping someone could help me pull this one off.
Take a look at the attached jpeg. You will see an upper in the left corner of a room. It projects into the wall because of the wall angle. I need to cut the cabinet so that it follows the wall reasonably close but it does not have to follow the exact angle. I'd rather have the angle be something easy to work with like 30 degrees, not 35.8 degrees.
In Construction Settings for the left end, set the back inset to whatever number of inches you want it moved forward. Next, click the Angle Part button and select Left Back Follows Side for the top, deck, shelves, etc. Also check the Miter checkbox for each item.
I got the left side depth set about where I want it, but it cuts the angle all the way to the far right back corner. I need it to stop about half the distance across the back of the cabinet.
In that case, you will have to take the deck, top and shelves into the Part Editor and cut them to shape. You will also have to add a Display Panel for the small back panel and inset the left side of the original back panel. You will also have to keep the back inset on the left end.
