Painted Doors
Can anyone tell me how I use a beaded, painted door in this program? Conestega offers the correct profile for me, but I can't seem to change the color to painted, only wood species.

Re: Painted Doors
Select "build in house" and do a Texture Match after adding the door. You will have to add a small Display Cube with the color you wish to match.
Re: Painted Doors
Also works with Purchase Unfinished. This option will give you the rectangular size of the door on the Buy List. The Build in House option will give you a cut list for the door.

Re: Painted Doors
Here's a more complicated way of changing the Conestoga door color or texture. This method defined in the attachment tells how to change the image used for the Conestoga door and drawer fronts. When you make a change this way you can get all of the doors and drawer fronts to be changed at the same time without texture matching. So, you could use it to change all of the doors and drawer fronts in a room. You do need to be able to muck with files.
