Radius Casing question

I need the casing shown below for a job. All I need is two pieces one straight at 5' and another at a 65 degree radius ( width 71 3/8 rise 10 1/2 ) length should be 8' it will be painted.

My question is would it be cost efficiant to use ultra -flex moulding or have someone cut it out on a Thermwood? The size is 1 1/4 thick X 3 3/4 wide MDF is fine. I think Ultra-Flex is about $250.00

I would think you should be able to get someone to machine that for less than $250... especially if you did the CAD work and just send the file.

I think I would go with the flexible molding because if your design is off any at all, you will have an ill-fitting molding.

I think that would cost more than $250 to machine, George. So would the moulding.
