I keep getting this error message in PE:

'The operation performed on the current part violate the ideal tenons or dadoes. You might see some unexpected results'

I've gotten it on several, distinct cabinets, and it seems to be come up when there are holes for the adjustable shelves. It has caused the 'unexpected results' (same holes being drilled several times, rows or holes being bored twice), and I I'd like to figure out why it happens.

I've attached a cabinet below. If I bring the left side into PE, I get the message when I go to return to the main Cabinet Editor area.

Nat, Nice cabinet! I get the same error message on the Frameless - System 32 - MultiTech Library.
How are you getting your butt ends to dowel? Can you walk through the process?
The Wall.hsf file has .5mm edge banding on the left end and 1mm edge banding on the right end, top and deck. There is also a stretcher inbedded in the bottom shelf. I removed the stretcher and changed the edge banding on the left side to 1mm. The error message still comes up.

Chris, for the deck and top pilot holes, I just modified an RTA hole pattern, to include only the hole for the stud. Then just adjusted the diameter and location of the hole. Then you're just dealing with the RTA settings to get the hole depth. So far, I like it...

Thanks Nat, how do you bore your end holes on the top and deck?

Chris, no end boring, the holes are just pilot holes for screws which self drill into the ends of the decks and tops. I've oversized the holes for clarity (4mm). The drill I use for the holes is also setup in the software as 4mm, even though the bit is actually smaller than that.
