Okay, I'm thoroughly confused now. So you don't even get the "select printer" dialog? What about from other programs?

I know this is a little late to be asking this, but you have rebooted haven't you?

One other thing to try is, on the main eCabinets menu, click File->Print Setup and see if your printer is selected as the default printer for eCabinets.

Your not the only one confused!!! I get the select printer from everywhere else in Ecabs and the other programs. I can print a nest or LD or jpeg.

You probably should give the Thermwood tech support folks a call and see if they can help.

Mozilla or not, the software uses IE when displaying that html file. I came across a web page where people where discussing the same error and it has to do with service pack 3, IE 7 or 8, and some inventory software. Below is the lilnk. I'll keep looking for more info.

Daniel -- You were right on. I downloaded IE8 and it's updates and now it prints and gives me a print preview.
