One note, you indicate version 1.0.13. When downloaded the filename is "shopbotlinksetup1_15"

Larry,

I noticed under the confirmation screen under tooling that there is an entry for tool name. How do we get a tool name entered? I don't see any place on the tooling screen to do this.

That is a feature not used in ShopBot Link. We need to remove it. Please ignore.
