Custom Programming does that inc label layout

Hi Everyone,
I'm a little confused with how much Thermwood custom program can do.
Are you able to create a custom label for a part?
Are you able to access the label data and create a A4 summary page of all labels produced. I would like them sorted by colour dot or cabinet number so every part labeled can be collated at the opposite end of the workshop ready for packing.
I am not good with Crystal reports and I'm not sure if you can switch report styles for singular labels to a summary A4 page on the fly.

Right now you cannot access the information in the labels unless you have Crystal Reports. If you have this software, you can change the output for the labels. If you do not have the software, you are limited to the label selection that is provided with Control Nesting.

I do have crystal reports but its not easy to master.
So are you saying you can't do the crystal report work for me?
Really I want two reports one that can generate labels but in a layout easy to use by the staff.
The other is a summary of the label data but on one or two A4 sheets of paper. One line per label info is what I'm after. Maybe a check box where the packer can tick that this items in the box.

If I read you wrong and you say you can't access this information or get this picking of product report can I pay the programmers to alter the control software to achieve that? I can imagine if I am the only one who wants to print a summary sheet as well as the labels from the control it won't happen. So can I do this?
