Was on Woodweb, talking about material mark up, and the subject of adding a $$% for remakes came up.
I have never done this, but it looks like some companys add a % to the bid to cover their mistakes.
I was just wondering how many of you do this if any, and those that do how do you arrive at a % to charge?

I know 2 builders that us company's they say it works great for them.It looks like the company gives a bid that you give the customer.Your mark up is in there.The 2 builders that I know there bids are all over $600,000 They tell me the company
has over 50 people looking at prices all day.They us this program to make a estimate report this the program I have I have $10,000 in this program.It will estimate anything. I have a 7-Databases 84-lumber,HD,Low,and lumber yards around here.
