Load file into CN 5.49
Nest Y
Go to sheet 4 part 4
Tenons should be a flip op, they should show green on the screen

Print labels
no bar code or flip instructions on label

CNC code:
zinicola 011910.zip
(13.01 KiB) Downloaded 343 times
It contains code for the flip op on that part

Josh,

I'm getting flip op labels when printing to screen on my PC. Are you actually printing labels or printing to screen? If your printing to screen, you will need to select next page arrow at top of your print screen, to page to next sheet of labels and so on. You may only be seeing sheet one if your not flipping page etc...

I'm also getting green entities for all flip ops on my graph screen, so this is likely a display issue with your monitor and graphing screen if your not seeing green....

Hi Ryan,
I got green on the screen.
Labels were actually printed.
I had to dig through a pallet of finished parts to find the flip that was supposed to be done - but it had been skipped by the operator since the label didn't print with a bar code.
Thanks for looking into this,
jnr

You can print labels to screen to see what labels will be printing when printing to your printer. If your seeing all labels at this point, then you will want to check your label printer and insure it has good ink cartridge etc...
