My label writer has been giving me problems for about 6 months now. The control has to be on for about 5 hours before it will print. Once the printer is ready to print it prints right away. Any ideas?

When you go into the PRINT option for labels, look at upper right hand corner of the RPT dialogue box and see what the setting is for print labels. It should be set to: RIGHT NOW. You will also want to check your Time and Date settings in this area, to be sure they are actual.
