In CE open the Std Base Frameless
Bring the cabinet into the Drawer Box Editor
Select a default Drawer Box
Select a default Drawer Box Slide Hole Pattern
Add a 4" drawer box at the top of the opening in the cabinet
'Yes' to apply the slide hole pattern
Return to CE
Shorten cabinet height by 10"
-Slide holes remain in original position (outside of cabinet).

Yes, this is an issue that will be listed to be addressed.
A simple work-around seems to be Regenerating the cabinet. Open Construction Settings, then click OK, and the hole pattern will correct itself.
