Labelling broken when using “Scrap Part Recovery” – We have designed our own labels which work beautifully in normal use. As soon as we select the “Scrap Part Recovery” option, we note that the labels have the following problems:
a. The edge banding graphic disappears
b. The length and width is changed from metric to imperial
Attached is 1 zip file containing 2 copies of the results.mdb file, one entitled “result-nested to full sheet.mdb” which was populated after a nest using full sheets, the second is called “result-scrap part recovery.mdb” which was populated when the “Scrap Part Recovery” option was selected.
You will note that the database fields:
• Parts.Width and Parts.Length are populated with metric values during normal nesting without Scrap Part Recovery, but is populated with an imperial equivalent value during Scrap Part Recovery.
• Parts.EdgeBandingBitmap is populated with valid data during normal nesting without Scrap Part Recovery, but is not populated at all during Scrap Part Recovery.

Barry,
I have opened your result.mdb file to have a look, I would also like the EXPORT file for nest in each situation. You can email this to Thermwood's support in-box:
program@thermwood.com
Thanks!
