Not as such.
You can change sheet stock, but the edging remains as it is.
You can also change door and drawer fronts.

Chris,
When I want to change the color of a job I ususally go to preferences and just change the images for all the materials I have used. You will then have to either change doors or texture match the doors. Not really easy but not such a big deal either.
