eCabinets keeps shutting down
Just installed the newest version of V6 and I keep getting the same error that all of the past versions of V6 have given me. See attached screen shot.
All of my V5 cabinets etc. came along with the install just fine as far as I can tell but I'm getting frustrated with the program shutting down.
V5 worked flawlessly on my machine with no problems. Don't know what to do. Any suggestions.

Do you have vista or windows 7? What video card do you have? Have you tried updating your video card driver?

I have a Toshiba laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, 2 GB ram, Nvidia GeForce GO 7300 with 256mb and Forceware Driver V 179.67 all drivers are up to date. Hope this helps.

So Daniel, if you were having the same problem with Build 1 and 2 did you report it? Kind of hard to tell what your error is from the screen shot. You might want to give the Thermwood folks a bit more information to track down your problem. For instance, when did the error occur? Did it happen right after you loaded the cabinet, or did it happen when selecting something else like another editor or the construction settings?

Is there an error for this crash in your Event Viewer?

It is crashing in nvoglv32.dll. This is a part of the video card driver. Some thing is up with your video card driver. If you have the latest version of the driver, you might want to go back one to the previous version and try it. The new driver may have a problem.

Thanks for your help. I discovered the same thing late last night and I uninstalled my nvidia drivers and let Windows reinstall and now things are working great. Really like the new version will make a lot of things easier. Again, thanks for your help.
