lost work

Hi from Ausie.
HELP. how come when i updated to V6 i lost all my materials and all the profile tools
i created in V5. has all this work been lost for good?

When you say, I lost all my materials. Are you talking about the materials in the database, or just the material jpegs. There should be a copy of any user created v5 files in c:\program files\thermwood\ecabinet systems\.

If you wanted these files to show up in v6, you will need to move the profile tools and such to c:\document and settings\all users\documents\thermwood\ecabinet systems\

i lost all the materials, ie, 18mm white mel. 19mm am oak veneer. etc pluss edge banding stock,
also preveous jobs and the tool files.
