Where do I get a new crystal report file for labels?

I'd like to use the "recut" feature, but my labels don't print with the recut number on them. Where can I get the new layout or crystal reports file?
Also, CN 5.58: in the 'quick cut options' I have checked 'print labels prior to write cnc' and I chose my label printer. However, the labels are being printed 90 degrees off. If I uncheck the option, and print labels the 'old way' it works fine.

For recut labels, you can choose the labels file: 2x4_Shipping_Sheet_Recut.rpt This file should be located in the C:\RollingNest\Labels directory.

Regarding the Print issue of printing at 90 degrees, could you tell me which .rpt file your using for print setup? Does this happen if you select the file I mentioned above?
