I was wondering if anyone else is getting this error. I've been using the same cabinet for over 3 years now without any problems even when I upgraded versions etc.
What I'm doing is putting pullouts behind my doors using a 'fake' drawer. All I want is the hole patterns as I have an entire library of different styled drawers we use. i've since tried to create a few cabinets from scratch using the same methods but i don't always get the error. In fact, i had 2 identical cabinets in the same batch job (made from the same file) that only one produced the error. really my question is, is the the drawer box that's creating the error and what do i need to change in the drawer box editor to fix it.
thanks
Terry

Re: Drawer Box Error Message in Batch Jobs
Terry,
Your drawer box somehow lost part bodies if I remember right, yes, I've seen that one and it's nasty. You will need to remove the drawer box then replace it. If you still get the error there are other steps you can take but let's see if that works....?

Re: Drawer Box Error Message in Batch Jobs
I went and nested all cabinets (that have this type os drawer system) from my libraries to see if any have an inherent flaw, but luckily they don't. I did go back into my client file and re-saved the good cabinet over the old one and it works fine now. At least now if I see it again, I know what to do.
thanks!

Re: Drawer Box Error Message in Batch Jobs
Terry,
This is an old bug that was fixed in V6 Bld 5. In Pre V6 Bld 5 you would not get this message and any part(s) after the bad drawer box part (that still existed to be nested/CNC'd) would not get nested or sent out to CNC. The cause of the problem is fixed in V6 Bld 5 and this message now comes up warning you if a bad Dbx part from an old cab, assm, or job is found (or any part for that matter that would have the same problem). In Bld 5, It will also ONLY leave out the bad part, not all parts after it as well. Before, you would not even know there was a problem.
