Stephen,
Ryan asked me to look into your issue. I would like to get aliitle more information just to make sure I know exactly how the piece is being created and then sent to the machine. You said you are working in metric so I want to make sure that you are in metric in ecabinets. Is your machine a metric machine by default also? I will assume that your Control Nesting and Profie Modeler are also set for metric. I can graph the code you sent in and see a big sweeping arc that shouldn't be there but when I open up your CN settings and then the mdf door tool options and set the interior tool to use custom tool 132 the code looks fine for me. Can you verify what version of Profile Modeler you are using? I'm sorry for all of the questions but it could be something very simple that we are overlooking. There is also one last file thatt I need to have you get from the machine and send in. The file is called "toolset.bin" and it is stored in the "C:\Profile Modeler\Tools" directory. Please email this file to me at ddvonder@thermwood.com. I'm going to try and get this resolved as fast as I can for you.
