eCab shut down

I am trying to put eCabinets on my lap top. I get all the way through the install up to when it validates then it shuts my lap top down.

Any ideas on why this is happening? I have version 6.0 rc2 I am trying to update to the new version.

Are you connected to the internet when it trys to register?

Did you download the update first before installing it?

Yes I am on the internet.

Yes I saved the update to my desk top and trying to install it from there. Also it makes it al the way to the last validation then it takes so long that the laptop shuts down.
