Do Flip Ops First use the G901 location for the first operation and the flipped over second operation?
Pop up Pin Calibration ? Do my flip up pins need to be calibrated parallel with my X axis?
What is the flipping procedure for the panel?
Will,
Flip op's first uses the G901 location for both operations. I do not have pop-up pins so I've requested the ability to control or override and make it G902 for flip sheet secondary machining when necessary.
When the panel is ready to be flipped, you grab the front long edge, pull it towards you, then throw it over to the other side of the table. So, this is opposite the "old" flip op orientation, in other words you are flipping over the X axis instead of the Y.

With a flip frame similar to the bracket that came with the machine. I also have another block that I put against the bracket to get a longer X axis registration to ensure the sheet is parallel. Works great, in fact, more accurate than the "old" flip ops.
